A Little Lost

I'm a little lost lately......a lot of changes are happening quickly in my life. We've moved to a new house this summer, and we've finally got buyers for our old house....now it's just finishing the loose ends before closing (at least we hope). I'm starting a new job in early November. I'm hunkering down and getting a mammogram for the first time in my life. I'm helping my parents celebrate 40 years of marriage! Yeah for Mom and Dad!
Life is full and busy, and I'm blessed. Truly. But I'm feeling a little bit lost right now. It's hard to explain.
Amidst all these confusing emotions, knitting has been my one constant. Thank heavens for the repetition it provides.

Glad you've sold the house, one worry hopefully out of the way soon. I'm sort of the opposite, changes aren't coming soon enough!! Good luck with your new job :) Oh and and glad you are getting your mammogram! Congratulations to your parent's on their 40th anniversary.

I agree, knitting helps so much when there are things we can't explain, feel, or just control...Take care!

Wishing you a smooth closing. That's always stressful.

Well, knitting does help me with keeping calm during hectic times. Hopefully it helps you find peace as well.

My yearly mammogram's coming up too. Hopefully you have a good tech to make it happen quickly & w/the least discomfort possible.

Love the hat and the scarf. Change is difficult - even good change. Congrats to your parents - mine are celebrating 60 years this Dec. 21st. 40 and 60 years ---- WOW! Take care and hope you have found your emotional footing by now. Sometimes, it feels like life shifts like sand beneath our feet! Just curl your toes and hang on!
